Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Kylie Stewart, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Unpaid bookings will not be held.

• No Refund Policy: All bookings are final. Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including change of mind. Please ensure you are confident in your booking before proceeding.

• Late Attendance of Session: Please note that before your zoom call even begins, Kylie has connected in to your energy and is already bringing things through. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, there will not be enough time for your session to be held, as such your session will be cancelled, and no refunds will be given. If you would a mother session to be booked, you will need to pay the session fee again. Please make sure you know what time and day your session is, Kylie sends out a booking confirmation at time of booking, as well as a reminder the day before and a zoom invitation the Monday of the week of your session.

• Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will not be accommodated unless there is a genuine emergency.

• Emergencies: Life happens, and emergencies will always be considered with compassion. Please contact Kylie directly if something urgent arises.

• Limited Availability: Please note Kylie is typically booked out 2 months in advance. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but be aware there may be a wait before your new session date is available.
