Terms of service.

Payment is required at time of booking. All payments for sessions have a 50% non refundable deposit fee. All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will mean you forfeit your session fee. For all reschedules Kylie will do her best to rebook you at another day and time that works for you both. All sessions that are rebooked outside of Kylie’s normal hours will require an extra charge of $50. For any and all payment plans these must be set up by Kylie directly. Failure to uphold your payments after the service or sessions has been completed will result in further charges including recovery costs. For sessions that are canceled by the client, at least 24 hours in advance, you can ask for a refund, however part of your payment at time of booking is non-refundable so you will only receive half of your payment back. Or you can choose to reschedule or please get in touch with Kylie and she can rebook you in if you are unsure of when that will be. All services that are held are complete and final. Take what resonates for you. Please note that sometimes timelines change and that Kylie never promises to magically heal anyone instantly, she offers energetic healing services, not physical, as such she is not a dr.

By entering into a payment plan with Kylie Stewart, Psychic Medium and Womb Healer you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Plan Agreement

All payment plans must be paid on the agreed dates as outlined at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time and in full.

2. Late Payment Fees

If any payment becomes overdue by more than 7 days, a late fee of 10% of the overdue amount will be applied. This fee will be added automatically and must be paid alongside the overdue balance before any services are provided.

3. Cancellation of Payment Plan & Appointment

If a payment is overdue by 14 days (2 weeks) your payment plan will be cancelled, and your appointment, session, or service will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for any payments already made. This includes partial payments.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made toward a payment plan are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the full plan is completed or cancelled due to non-payment.

Communication

If you are experiencing difficulty making a payment, please contact Kylie Stewart as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements prior to any payments becoming overdue. Extensions may be granted at Kylie’s discretion but are not guaranteed

6. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with a payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
